The Relais Christine stands between garden and courtyard. This kind lay-out was often used during the 17th and 18th centuries in Parisian architecture. Countless town mansions bear witness to that, some of them as prestigious as the Palais de l'Elysée, residence of the President.
Breakfast room is a vaulted cellar from the 13th century. The genuine well and fireplace are the witnesses of the time when this room was the kitchen of the Abbey founded by Saint Louis in 1231.
