its pink walls between pine trees, palm trees and

This luxury house overlooking the
Mediterranean sea dates back to the early thirties.
Thanks to its exceptional geographical position, Hotel
HODEO will enable you to spend unforgettable holidays or
seminars in an exceptional atmosphere.
The Hotel HODEO, a middle
class house where famous actors and artists, such as
Maurice CHEVALIER, and Edith PIAF used to spend their
holidays. A film was made here a few years ago with the
famous French singer, Tino ROSSI in this house called LA
MARTOUNE.
The sea is present everywhere, one
can feel it dancing in each room, the lounge and the
dinning rooms.
This post card image was engraved
in the heart and spirits of Brigitte and Kery CHBIB who
decided immediately to bring it to life.
It was in 1990, the villa became a
Palace....
After intense reflection, a
considerable amount of hard work, patience, in a few
years their project began to take shape.
Today, one apartment, two Suites, two double Prestige
rooms, Floralies (a single room), a Bastide "Provencale"
rich with its nine Junior suites, and a duplex. A total
of 17 rooms, two restaurants, a Salon Bar, a health &
beauty corner equipped with sauna, a Turkish bath,
Massages, a seawater swimming pool, a mooring pontoon, a
conference room, & two private car parks constitute the
exceptional present of the Villa Saint Elme.

Haven of Peace
Three buildings, each one with a
different personality, accommodate the Suites and Rooms
of the Villa Saint Elme.
The entire Villa Saint Elme can be
let, for a seminar, or for a private gathering. This
private house would also be ideal for a film location.
An Apartment and two Suites (with
elevator) benefit of full southern exposure, and a large
terrace overlooking the sea.

bath-tubs, certain with jet showers, separate toilets,

L’Orientale
True reference mark of the tales
of the "milles et une nuits", this apartment with a true
"oriental" decoration and great refinement is equipped
with a large sitting room, and a bedroom with a king

pleasant single room, ideal for a guide, a driver, a
baby-sitter, or a teenager…at an interesting price.
On the first floor, 2 double
Prestige Rooms with , lounge area , minibar, television,
safe, direct telephone with Internet connection,
abathroom with a hydro massage bath, air conditioned,
every detail counts, to enable you to appreciate the
charm of these two rooms “Vanilla and Cannelle”, styled
" colonial " (with a four poster bed). The rooms are not
connected but on the same floor, suitable for a family
with children.

The Provençale Bastide
Surrounded by a large luxurious
garden, the Provençale Bastide is decorated with hand
made quality materials. A true reference in Provence,
tiles from Salernes, potteries, Provençal tissues...

Nine very spacious Junior Suites,
a Duplex apartment, and a double room, which has a theme
“Zen”, are to be found in this Bastide, also blessed
with a private car-cark.
Fully equipped with lounge, and, a particularly
beautiful bathroom, with a hydro jet shower, a
hydro-massage bath, and a hairdryer. All the Junior
Suites have air conditioning, minibar, a safe, direct
telephone, internet connection, and satellite
television. A small terrace for certain, with sea view
for others. A real paradise in Provence.
The Duplex proposes a Prestige room on the 1st
floor with bathroom and balcony, and a Junior Suite on
the 2nd floor with bathroom and terrace with sea view
onto the Bay of Saint-Tropez, this junior suite could
also be transformed into a private lounge.
The double room named “Zen”,
completely independent with its private entry through
the Provencal garden, is a haven of peace with its
comfort, and an outside Jacuzzi.
This building is ideal for housing
a seminar, as each room can be turned in to a living
room or a conference room, with total independence.
