Known as “The Ambassadors’ Palace” (Palazzo degli Ambasciatori) at the beginning of the XXth century because it was built to host diplomats of the nearby Embassies, the Ambasciatori Palace Hotel in Rome is a historical building overlooking via Veneto, one of the most renowned avenues in the world.
An efficient and courteous service is offered throughout the guests’ stay. The
Concierge Desk can easily arrange excursions and car hire; hairdressing, massage
or sauna appointments; restaurant or theatre reservations; secreterial services,
and see to the guests’ air or land travel arrangements. Money exchange and
garage are available. The hotel has a gourmet Restaurant, "La Terrazza",
a Lounge Bar open at all times with live music in the evenings, and room service
always available.Eleven meeting rooms are available: all are equipped
with air conditioning, loudspeakers, screen, overhead projector and flip-chart,
stationery. Also available on request: recording and videorecording using
videocameras, videoconferences, simultaneous translations, closed-circuit Tv,
modular platforms, hostesses, photographers and security guards.
The hotel has 151 rooms, including 11 Suites. All have been tastefully decorated and offer every comfort. Rooms are spacious and bright, with fine upholstery and curtains; a special touch is given by Venetian chandeliers, marble fireplaces and period pieces of furniture. Mantainance is continual. Most rooms are larger than the average in the same hotel class; many of them have parquet flooring, and bathrooms often have windows, large tubs and Jacuzzis. Every room is equipped with air–conditioning, closed-circuit Tv, Pc connection, radio, external telephone lines, minibar and safe.
