Payments/Terms and conditions on FITs/Hotels/Tours/Hotel packages
IMPORTANT RESERVATION INFORMATION
Terms and conditions:
Terms and conditions: All reservations require a 50% deposit at time of
booking by check or credit card. The balance will be due 60 days prior to the
date of arrival.
Reservations can be cancelled at any time up until 30 days prior to date of
arrival without any penalty and for a full credit. (unless a hotel has a no
refund policy, if this is the case,
it will be mentioned prior to charging the card).
Cancellation fee: In case of
cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, there will be
no refund.
Cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival date will incur a 100%
penalty, on the entire hotel stay, tours or transfers, (no refund).
Airplane tickets
and train tickets are non refundable.
Force Majeure
FIL FRANCK TOURS
RESPONSIBILITY: FFT and
/or their agents and offices, and /or suppliers of services
, pursuant to or in connection with these itineraries, shall act only
as agents
for passengers and do not assume any liability whatsoever. FFT cannot control
and will not be responsible for bodily injury, property or other damage or
loss caused by factors beyond our control,
including but not limited to flight delays, airline turbulence,
transportation accidents, war, terrorism, weather, quarantine, sickness,
government restrictions, regulations or actions,
mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, fires, earthquakes, floods, climatic
aberrations, acts of civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease or
accidents, or failures related to the public internet,
telecommunications lines or facilities, or third party technology systems,
other unforeseen circumstances, or any other cause beyond our control,
including your physical, medical or mental disabilities,
your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow
travel instructions. Under no circumstances shall FFT be liable for any
special, incidental or consequential damages arising from
the foregoing. Certain exclusions may not apply in some jurisdictions.
No refund will be
made if the cancellation of the Trip is the result of Force Majeure (either
in Europe or in
Passenger's country), such as government actions, inclement weather,
terrorism, war,
civil disturbance, strikes or any other extreme circumstances that prevent
the fulfillment of the Trip. Nevertheless, if Fil Franck Tours succeeds in avoiding any payments to ground
service providers
on behalf of the Passenger - such reimbursement shall be passed to Passenger.
